Development Director (Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey)

We are looking for serious managers who can fully lead and develop our unit in another country or region, it all depends on your experience and territorial affection. If you have a desire to manage the company, but you do not want to risk your own means, we will provide you with all the tools, ready-made processes and methods for the development of marketing and social research in your region. This is not a franchise, you will be a staff member of our company.

Requirements

Confident PC user, business communication skills, ability to persuade, listen, active life position, decency, business image. Experience: work in related industries, or you dealt with a similar system, working in a retail network, or had experience in running your own business.

Duties

-Research of the market and competitors, customer search; - Negotiation with the first persons of the companies, the conclusion of contracts; -Management of marketing (events, promotions, participation in exhibitions, conferences, presentations of services, and so on) and sales; - Management of the range of services, pricing, sales policy; -Management of employees (recruitment, training, motivation); - Maintain base in CRM.

Working conditions

Piece wages: based on interview results + bonuses on the number of projects. Type of employment: full time, full day.
